For the third time in a week, Baldur’s Gate 3 receives a new update, in the form of a minor, but not unimportant, hotfix. Last week’s Patch 6, massive and generally well received, introduced new features like new kissing animations and quality of life improvements, but also brought its share of bugs.
Following a minor update earlier this week, Larian Studios is now rolling out Hotfix #19.
Summary of Baldur’s Gate 3 hotfix 19
Like Hotfix 18, this update addresses crash bugs introduced by Patch 6. Hotfix 19, for example, provides a correction to alignment problems during Minthara and Lae’zel’s kisses, for a more convincing rendering.
Xbox-specific fixes for multiplayer have also been made, resolving issues with controller assignments and non-functional invites.
Larian also reaffirmed its commitment to “actively working on other fixes for various issues reported by the community following Patch 6” , which suggests other corrective updates soon.
