The Warzone and Modern Warfare 3 March 19 update brings improvements to the RAM-9 and HRM-9 submachine guns, as well as major changes to the Gulag requested by fans.

Season 2 Reloaded of Warzone and Modern Warfare 3 is well and truly underway, after the mid-season update brought new weapons like the SOA Subverter and Soulrender, as well as crossovers with Warhammer 40K and Dune.

But that’s not all, since the developers regularly release new updates in order to improve the gameplay and maintain the balance of the game.

The latest one arrived on March 19, bringing significant changes to some submachine guns as well as major changes to the Gulag.

MW3

Global

  • Improved visibility through riot shield glass
  • Fixed graphical corruption on the hands of the Sister of Battle operator skin.

Bug fixes

  • In the Quick Play Filter menu, the Maps widget will now only show maps available in selected modes.
  • Operator unlock challenges will now correctly display requirements.
  • Removed locked and inaccessible Modern Warfare 2 business cards from the customization menu.
  • Completing a Weekly Challenge will no longer display a blank notification.
  • In private play, the HUD will no longer disappear during the escort phase of Operation Tin Man.

Modes

  • Juggermosh
    • Juggernauts are no longer immune to the following tactical equipment: Stun Grenade, Flash Grenade, or Electric Charge.
    • Fixed a glitch allowing players to equip custom classes.
    • Entering water will no longer cause the player’s weapon to lose functionality.

Weapons and accessories

    • Soulrender
      • Players will no longer experience a delay after rolling gear or trading the Soulrender.

  • Added various crash and stability fixes.

      • Near-medium ranged damage decreased to 24, down from 27.
      • Average damage reduced to 22, instead of 24.
    • HRM-9
      • Max damage range decreased to 11.30 meters, instead of 12.95.
  • Melee
    • Soulrender
      • Players will no longer experience a delay after rolling gear or trading the Soulrender.

Gameplay

  • Goulag
    • The night vision Gulag has been disabled.
    • Laser props have been removed and replaced in Gulag classes.
