According to an article by the Korean media outlet SPOTV News on April 26, the production team of an upcoming entertainment program was reportedly stuck in Bali after being detained by Balinese authorities for filming without proper authorization.
The news reported that the authorities apprehended them for filming without obtaining permission from the local government, resulting in their passports being seized. Although their original departure date was April 25, the investigation has caused it to be rescheduled for as early as next week.
According to reports, a group of 30 cast and staff members, which included Hyoyeon from Girls’ Generation, Bomi from Apink, Dita from Secret Number, broadcaster Choi Hee, and former I.O.I member-turned-actress Lim Nayoung, were left stranded in Indonesia.

While being investigated, they are presently residing in a hotel. However, those with upcoming schedules in Korea have taken necessary precautions and made emergency changes to their plans in light of the unforeseen incident.
According to a conversation with an official from the agency, the news has been verified and was conveyed to Xports News.
“It is true that the cast and production crew have been detained. We are awaiting news from them.”

Additionally, SPOTV referenced grievances from the cast members, further stating:
- “We are staying in Bali, but even the cast does not know the exact reason for their detention. It is frustrating that the production team is not sharing the circumstances of the situation.”
- “This situation is embarrassing. I think we will be able to understand the situation once all investigations are completed. We are working to return home quickly.”
