Piers Morgan reveals if Fiona Harvey has “stalked” producers since interview

Piers Morgan has responded to a major inquiry arising from his interview with Fiona Harvey, the alleged “real Martha”from Baby Reindeer – did she betray him and his team?

Harvey appeared on Piers’ Uncensored chat show last week for her initial television appearance following the premiere of Richard Gadd’s popular Netflix series, in which he recounted his encounters with a serial stalker named Martha (Jessica Gunning).

The debate surrounding the ethical implications of the interview has caused a stir online. Piers took it upon himself to address the topic on his YouTube channel, where he invited a panel of experts to join him in a discussion about the controversies surrounding Baby Reindeer.

During the Popcorned Planet host Andy Signore’s discussion, he inquired about the “internet’s curiosity”by asking if Harvey has been stalking the producers who contacted her. He believed that this information was important to consider.

Piers stated, “To be frank, she has sent a few slightly rash messages, but nothing out of the ordinary. However, today she had a productive discussion with two of my producers and seemed to be in a positive mindset about everything.”

Andy then confronted the host about allegations that she had been hostile and verbally malicious towards him following their interview. He clarified, “We haven’t experienced that type of behavior from you at all.”

“I believe that she is a volatile person. In my opinion, she did send all those messages because I am confident that Netflix and Richard Gadd have evidence to support this.”

It is my belief that she wrote him a total of 106 letters by hand, and she has acknowledged sending one. By examining the handwriting, there is likely evidence to support this. However, the final decision will likely be determined through legal action.

Before this, Piers restated the main point of his argument: that Netflix neglected their responsibility to provide proper care and that he is convinced that Harvey has a strong legal case against Baby Reindeer for portraying Martha as a convicted stalker with a history of criminal offenses. In reality, there is currently no proof to indicate that Harvey has actually been convicted.

“According to him, the cause for her appearing was that Netflix’s actions had destroyed her anonymity.”

“According to Chris Daw, the main issue at hand, in addition to the failure of duty of care, is if someone is labeled as a self-proclaimed convicted stalker and it is later discovered that none of it is accurate. In my opinion, this would be a clear-cut legal case, regardless of Netflix’s stance.”

After consulting with Harvey, Chris Daw, a knowledgeable lawyer from the UK, sided with Piers and stated that he is currently in talks with a law firm in London to pursue the case.
