Despite the recent update on February 10, known as the Shared Watch patch, players continue to encounter a persistent item duplication exploit in Arc Raiders. This exploit enables users to create multiple copies of valuable in-game items, effectively amassing considerable quantities of in-game currency along with resources like grenades and various throwables, leading to rampant discussions on various social media platforms.
Ongoing Concerns: Acknowledgment from Embark Studios
In response to the ongoing issue, a representative from Embark Studios shared an update on the exploit via the game’s official Discord channel shortly after the patch was released. They stated, “We are aware of the duplication issue, and we are actively working on a fix.”

Embark Studios has confirmed their commitment to resolving the issue as noted in their Discord server announcement.
Despite these assurances, community feedback indicates that the item duplication glitch remains unaddressed. Players have shared numerous clips and posts, highlighting the ongoing ability to duplicate items, which raises significant concerns about the integrity of the in-game economy and the overall balance of competition among players.
Just an hour post-update, discussions in the Arc Raiders subreddit confirmed that the exploit was still operational, demonstrating the extent of the issue and how swiftly it spread within the community.
The proliferation of this glitch has sparked extensive dialogue among players, particularly due to the significant number of items some individuals have been able to reproduce. While Embark Studios has publicly recognized the problem, they have yet to provide a specific timeline for when players can expect a permanent fix.
