Chipotle is set to unveil a brand-new, protein-centric menu throughout North America, featuring meals created by influential figures, starting in January.

The popular fast-casual chain has officially announced its inaugural High Protein Menu, which will launch in the United States and Canada on December 23. This specially curated selection introduces an exciting array of dishes that highlight Adobo Chicken and Steak, culminating in Chipotle’s very first independent protein snack.

Among the innovative offerings is the High Protein Cup—the chain’s first-ever snack option. This cup contains four ounces of either Adobo Chicken or Steak and can be enjoyed as a standalone item or as an enhancement to a regular meal.

Chipotle has shared that the motivation for this menu stems from evolving customer preferences, as patrons often personalize their bowls and entrees to boost protein content.
