The launch of Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 has players excited as they dive into the newly designed Golden Coast map, which draws inspiration from the glitz of Hollywood and the charm of the southwestern United States. This season introduces a dynamic gameplay experience, complete with upgraded weapons tailored for intense battles on the quest for the ultimate Victory Royale.
However, challenges arise quickly in competitive lobbies, prompting players to seek ways for self-revival or to rely on teammates for reboots. Finding a reboot van can be daunting, especially while trying to avoid detection from enemies. Fortunately, Epic Games has revamped the reboot system, making it more user-friendly.
Introducing the Drivable Reboot Vans—a new feature that adds versatility to the vehicle lineup on the Fortnite island. These vans can function as both an escape vehicle and a mobile reboot station. Curious about where to locate one and how to effectively use it? We’ve got you covered!

Drivable Reboot Vans appear randomly throughout the Chapter 7 Season 1 landscape. Below is a comprehensive map highlighting specific areas where players can typically discover these useful vans.

Your best strategy to locate a Drivable Reboot Van is to land at one of the known Points of Interest (POIs) on the map. Once you find a van, hop in and get ready to make your next move. For tips on maximizing its use during a Battle Royale match, continue reading.
Using a Drivable Reboot Van Effectively
Interacting with a Drivable Reboot Van is straightforward. Approach the van and either drive it or hold the reboot button to revive a downed teammate. When driving, treat it like any other vehicle.

If your teammate is knocked down while you’re driving or if you approach a downed player, they can either jump into the back of the van themselves or you can assist by placing them in the back.
The van’s reboot bed will automatically revive your teammate as you continue to drive. It’s essential to collect their reboot card if they are eliminated; you can later purchase the card and reboot them once you’ve parked the van. Keep in mind, however, that you cannot reboot a teammate while the van is in motion.
This feature redefines how players strategize during fast-paced matches in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1. Have you had a chance to utilize a Drivable Reboot Van in your battles yet?
