Madden 26 has officially arrived, igniting excitement among football enthusiasts eager to embark on their Franchise mode journey. This year, players can take control of their favorite NFL teams, striving for greatness while implementing custom draft classes to elevate their gaming experience.
The launch of a new Madden iteration always brings a wave of anticipation for fans. With diverse modes to explore—such as Ultimate Team and Superstar Mode, alongside friendly competition in Head-to-Head matches—there’s plenty to keep players engaged. However, for many, Franchise mode remains the centerpiece, particularly for fans of teams that face challenges in the real NFL. Transforming a struggling franchise into a powerhouse on the digital gridiron provides a rewarding sense of accomplishment.
For those seeking realism, the option to utilize real-world rosters is available. Conversely, if you’re excited about introducing a fresh twist to your Franchise mode experience, custom draft classes are the way to go. Here’s how you can easily incorporate them into your gameplay.
Integrating Custom Draft Classes in Madden 26
The process of adding a custom draft class in Madden 26 is straightforward. As in previous versions, players can access a variety of draft pools through the in-game Download Center, featuring both contemporary athletes and legendary players from the past.
To initiate the use of a custom draft class, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the ‘Home’ screen of Franchise mode.
- Scroll down to select ‘Choose Draft Class.’
- Opt for ‘Import Local File.’
- Pick the desired draft class to use.
- Wait a few moments for the import process to finish!

After completing these steps, the selected draft class will be successfully integrated into your Franchise mode, allowing you to draft these players in the upcoming NFL draft.
It is important to note, however, that direct imports from College Football 26 are not supported. While you can import your own Road to Glory player, this option is limited to transferring just one player.
