How to Disable Data Usage for AI Training in ChatGPT
If you desire to stop OpenAI from using your conversation data for training purposes, follow these straightforward steps:

Please note that this setting will not erase your chat history within ChatGPT. If you utilize “Temporary Chat”(incognito mode), these conversations will not be stored in history and will be deleted after a 30-day period.
Besides preventing data usage for AI training, it is advisable to review and remove any chats you have shared publicly to mitigate the risk of these conversations being indexed by search engines such as Google.
