How to Acquire the Last Call Mythic Item in Fortnite

To get your hands on the Last Call item—also known as the Ghostface mythic—players must locate a Stalkbox, which manifests as a Black Phone Booth on the latest Fortnitemares island. If you’re in proximity to one, listen for a ringing phone and watch for the exclamation mark that will appear on your HUD, guiding you towards it.

Approach the Stalkbox and enter the phone booth. Immediately upon entering, your character will don the Ghostface disguise, and you will receive the Last Call item in your inventory’s empty slot. Ensure that you have a free slot before entering, as you may need to swap items if the Last Call appears on the ground instead of directly in your inventory.

How to Utilize Last Call in Fortnite

Once you’ve acquired Last Call, equip it to fully embrace the Ghostface persona. While you have this item equipped, you will appear as Ghostface; however, switching to another item in your inventory will cause the disguise to fade.

Last Call consists of two unique components and abilities: a phone for pinging nearby enemies and a knife for attacking them. While equipped, your speed increases and your jump height is enhanced.

You can utilize the ADS button (Right Click/L2) to activate the phone and ping surrounding enemies. Upon doing so, Ghostface will dial a number, producing a red scanning light that reveals the outlines of any enemies within range, similar to a Recon Grenade.

Your attacking options include using the knife for melee strikes, inflicting 70 damage on enemies or executing a leap attack, which deals 50 damage when you jump and press the fire button. Your strategy can vary based on your choice of attack, influencing the damage output.
