Warzone Introduces Haven’s Hollow Resurgence Map Featuring Black Ops 7 Integration

Excitement is building as Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is set to launch on November 14. Shortly after its release, the game will integrate with Warzone, introducing players to an array of new weapons, Operators, and a compelling new Resurgence map.

In a recent interview with Variety, Tyler Bahl, Activision’s Head of Marketing, revealed that attendees of the Call of Duty Next event will have the opportunity to experience a “new free-to-play ‘Call of Duty: Warzone Resurgence’ experience named ‘Haven’s Hollow.’”

This exciting announcement indicates that Verdansk will continue to be a part of the gameplay experience for the foreseeable future. Although we expected this based on the countdown featuring Verdansk, the confirmation of the new Resurgence map adds a fresh layer of intrigue.

Release Timeline for Haven’s Hollow

The arrival of Haven’s Hollow is anticipated during the Warzone and Black Ops 7 Season 1 update, expected about three weeks post-launch. We’re looking forward to this update, projected for Thursday, December 4. During this update, players can also expect to see all the weapons from Black Ops 7 integrated into Warzone, in conjunction with new Operators, maps, and the inaugural Battle Pass.

Rumors and Leaks Surrounding the New Map

Insights from reputable leakers such as TheGhostOfHope and Reality suggest that Haven’s Hollow will represent “an extended Liberty Falls.” This fascinating setting is a fictional town in West Virginia, which featured prominently in Black Ops 6’s maps including Liberty Falls, Shattered Veil, and Reckoning Zombies.

Reality further confirmed that the upcoming map “Features the Liberty Falls map (obviously), Shattered Veil, among other places.” While neither leaker referred to it explicitly as Haven’s Hollow, speculation suggests that this map is intended to launch alongside Black Ops 7’s Season 1 integration in late 2025.

As of now, it remains to be seen whether Haven’s Hollow and the rumored map will be one and the same. There is also the possibility that the Liberty Falls concept could be rolled out in a future season or potentially remain unreleased altogether.
