Authorities conducted a search of his home, ultimately arresting him on multiple charges, including unlawful stalking and using a carriage service to menace, harass, or cause offense. Additionally, he faced charges of trespassing, with potential prison sentences totaling up to nine years.

During his time in police custody, Pete shared that law enforcement found humor in the situation, perhaps acknowledging the nature of the charges against him.“Clearly, while the accusations are serious, they understood that I am not a threat, ”he stated, reflecting on his experience.
