In the seventh episode of Plus-Sized Elf, it is disclosed that Elfuda has been tirelessly exercising in order to shed some pounds and has made significant progress in slimming down. This is due to her desire to return to her hometown. While Naoe contemplates what Elfuda’s relatives may be like, they pass by a fast food establishment. Elfuda, proud of her achievement, insists on a small indulgence to commemorate her success.

Upon entering the restaurant, Satero welcomes them and informs them that they are the lucky 10,000th customer, qualifying them for a full year of complimentary French fries. Elfuda wastes no time and immediately places an order for ten servings of fries, causing a mischievous grin to spread across Satero’s face.

Later on, Kuroeda and Oga visit Naoe and Elfuda to see how they are doing, only to discover that both have gained a significant amount of weight. They quickly suspect that the Satyr is responsible for this. Shortly after, the Satyr appears and reveals that this is only the first stage of her revenge. She confesses that she purposely made Elfuda and Naoe gain weight in order to embarrass Elfuda for the difficulties she caused her. However, much to the Satyr’s disappointment, Elfuda shows no signs of shame, causing the Satyr to give up on her plan.

In the seventh episode of Plus-Sized Elf, the characters engage in a boxing session with the goal of making exercise more entertaining. They all attempt sparring, a non-contact form of training, in an effort to achieve this. However, they soon grow tired from sparring with Naoe.

When it is Oga’s turn to spar, Naoe is intimidated by her size and strength and decides it would be best not to face her. Feeling disheartened, Oga retreats to a corner until a cyclops named Hitome arrives, expressing a keen interest in boxing. Naoe suggests that Hitome spar with Oga, unaware of the long-standing antagonistic history between giants and cyclops. However, it is too late to intervene and they begin a fierce battle to assert their dominance.

In the seventh episode of Plus-Sized Elf, the humor once again lies in the fact that a physical therapist, whose responsibility is to oversee the diets of others, becomes a junk food enthusiast and gains weight, requiring assistance from others.

The tension between Elfuda and her friends’ dislike for the Satyr adds an entertaining aspect to the narrative, as the animosity is not blatantly displayed, and the Satyr’s plans are ultimately foiled. This leaves audiences eagerly anticipating the possibility of the Satyr’s reappearance in future installments.

Additionally, episode 7 of Plus-Sized Elf distinguishes itself by having a stronger focus on plot rather than relying solely on delivering comedic moments. Unlike other episodes, this installment does not heavily prioritize educating viewers about diets and workouts.

Despite the captivating viewing experience, the outcome of the boxing match between Oga and Hitome is not revealed in the episode. Nevertheless, this clever cliffhanger serves as an excellent technique to heighten anticipation for the next episode, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the resolution of the intense conflict between the two powerful opponents.
