The Pokemon Go Adventure Week Taken Over event has arrived, and along with it comes a new Special Research, as well as new Tasks and Rewards.
Along with the yearly Adventure Week, Pokemon Go has also revealed the Taken Over event, which involves pursuing Team Go Rocket members like Giovanni, as well as their formidable associates Sierra, Cliff, and Arlo.
During Adventure Week Taken Over, players will have the opportunity to battle against Shadow Lugia and encounter Shadow Cresselia for the first time. This event will run from Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 12 AM until Monday, August 12, 2024 at 11:59 PM, all based on local time.
