On May 1, Niantic hinted at another chance to acquire a Master Ball in Pokemon Go. This elusive and unique Poke Ball has the ability to capture any Pokemon without fail, and Niantic has previously offered this item through Special and Timed Research tasks.
Niantic has officially announced that trainers will be given another chance to obtain one during the Catching Wonders 2024 event, which will take place in May. The event will also feature exclusive bonuses and Field Research opportunities.

The event Catching Wonders 2024 is scheduled to occur from May 14, 2024 at 10 AM till May 19 at 8 PM local time.

According to Niantic’s official announcement, the Catching Wonders event will feature Field Research challenges.

Masterwork Research: Catching Wonders
Through the Masterwork Research: Catching Wonders, trainers will have an additional chance to obtain a Master Ball in Pokemon Go.
As of now, Niantic has not disclosed any details about what will be included in the event, but those who finish it will be rewarded with Berries, Stardust, XP, and encounters with Pokemon, as well as receiving a Master Ball.
