Pokemon GO Fest 2024: What to Expect and Exciting Updates
The bonuses will be granted to all players participating in Pokemon GO Fest 2024, regardless of whether they have purchased a ticket or not and regardless of their location.
- The duration of Lure Modules will be extended to one hour instead of the standard 30 minutes.
- Attendees will have the chance to participate in special photobomb opportunities during the event.

Pokemon GO Fest 2025: Global Ticket Information
To obtain a Global Event Ticket, you must pay US$14.99 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency) plus any applicable taxes and fees. The tickets will remain available for purchase until 4:00 p.m. local time on Sunday, July 14. If you buy your ticket through the Pokemon GO Web Store, you will receive an exclusive GO Fest 2024 shirt avatar item as a bonus.
Exclusive Ticket Purchase Timed Research
The number of exclusive Timed Researches that you can participate in depends on how early you buy your Global Event Ticket, with a maximum of two available.
The Sun Crown avatar item is the main reward for the first Timed Research, which can be accessed by purchasing the event ticket before May 6 and playing Pokemon GO at any time from April 30 to May 6.
To obtain the special reward of the Moon Crown avatar item, players must purchase the event ticket by June 6 and play Pokemon GO at some point between May 31 and June 6 to unlock the second Timed Research. This can be done at any time during the specified dates.
To have access to both Timed Research tasks, make sure to buy your ticket by May 6 and play Pokemon GO at least once between April 30 and May 6, and once again between May 31 and June 6.
Exclusive Research for Ticket Holders
Ticket holders will have access to two sets of Special Research. The first set, available on Saturday, will include a chance to encounter the Mythical Pokemon Marshadow.
The main focus of the Sunday Special Research will be on Necrozma.

Global Arena Ticket Holder Challenge
On Saturday, ticket holders can engage in various worldwide challenges during each habitat hour. If the challenge is completed within the designated time, ticket holders will also receive a special bonus for the remaining hour.
Perks for Ticket Holders
The event ticket holders for Pokemon GO Fest 2024: Global will receive the following bonuses:
- There is a higher likelihood of encountering shiny Pokemon.
- You are allowed to complete a maximum of six (6) Special Trades per day.
- By spinning Photo Discs at Gyms, it is possible to obtain a maximum of nine (9) free Raid Passes.
- Earn a doubled (2x) friendship bonus damage in raids.
- The special 7km Eggs will be available for access.
- The ability to participate in Collection Challenges centered around different habitats.
