Combat Week returns in January 2024. For several days, PvP fans will be able to have fun, with the exceptional opening of the Super, Hyper and Master Leagues as well as numerous bonuses.
More peaceful trainers won’t be left out either. Indeed, the powerful Courrousinge will make its debut with the Furious Combat event. Hold on tight, because its method of evolution is far from conventional.

Date of Battle Week: Furious Battle in Pokémon Go
Fight Week as well as the Combats Furieux event will take place in parallel, from Friday January 19, 2024 at 10 a.m., until Wednesday January 24, 2024 at 8 p.m. (local time)
Introducing Courrousing in Pokémon Go
The terrifying evolution of Colossus is finally coming to Pokémon Go. Courrous Monkey is a powerful Fighting and Ghost-type Pokémon.
You will not be able to directly encounter Courrousinge during Combat Week, and you will therefore have to go through the evolution box to obtain this powerful monster.
To evolve Colossing into Courrousinge, you will need to K.O. 30 Ghost or Psychic-type Pokémon while having Colossing as a Buddy. Note that you do not need to use Colossing during your fights, but simply keep him close to you as a Buddy.

Fight Week Bonus: Furious Fights
- Team GO Rocket will appear more frequently at PokéStops and in hot air balloons.
- Wild Judokrak and Karaclea will appear during the event, wherever you are.
- Bonus PvP
- Stardust ×4 as a reward for any victory. (This does not include end-of-series rewards and does not stack with the January ×4 Stardust bonus.)
- The maximum number of sets you can perform per day will increase from 5 to 10, for a total of 50 fights, from midnight to 11:59 p.m. (local time).
- A free one-time study on the theme of combat will be available. Rewards include the Chammal Style Hat.
- A one-time paid Combat-themed Research will be available for 1 USD (or your local currency equivalent). It will give you more Stardust, Super Candies and Star Pieces. IMPORTANT: Please note that One-Time Studies expire. To receive the rewards, you must complete the tasks associated with this Timed Research and collect the rewards before Wednesday, January 24, at 11:59 p.m. (local time).
Fight Week Studies: Furious Fights
During the event, field studies will allow you to meet Farosings. Capture as many as possible to obtain and strengthen Courrousinge!
For €2, you can unlock the Furious Combat One-Time Study via the store. The latter allows you to earn 3 SUper Candies, a Rocket Radar, Stardust and 2 Premium Battle Passes.
