Pokémon Go player gets very rare Mewtwo via trade

Members of the Pokémon Go community have claimed a trainer has “reached the top” after showing off their extremely rare Lucky Hundo.

Pokémon Go has many rare Pokémon thanks to exclusive events or monsters with very strict capture requirements.

For example, Pyronille is notoriously difficult to obtain because it can only be hatched from eggs. Alternatively, Armored Mewtwo is extremely rare as it was only available during a special event.

That’s why many Pokémon Go fans claimed one lucky trainer had “reached the top”after showing off their incredibly rare Armored Mewtwo find.

Pokémon Go Trainer Shows Off His Rare Hundo Armored Mewtwo

A post on the Pokémon Go subreddit caused quite a stir among fans after a trainer created a thread asking: “How rare is this? My friend told me it was an event Pokémon and now I have this!”

The author included a screenshot of an Armored Mewtwo that was a Hundo and was considered a “Lucky Pokémon” . He said: “I finally got my first 100% IV Lucky Pokémon! After mirror exchanges and a lot of luck, I came across this gem.”

For those who don’t know, Armored Mewtwo was only available briefly through Special Raid Battles in July 2019. It has never officially returned to Pokémon Go since then.

The inherent rarity of Armored Mewtwo combined with its Hundo and Lucky status has left many trainers stunned at the rarity of this find.

“Cherish this forever,” one fan said, while another said: “You’ve officially reached the top. It’s downhill from here on.”

Others offered advice to the lucky trainer while pointing out how rare their Pokémon was.

“If you have an extra Elite Charged TM lying around, use it to teach him Psychic. This costumed Mewtwo was only released into raids for about 2 weeks to promote the film. And it hasn’t been reissued.”

Hopefully this trainer cherishes their special Armored Mewtwo, because there are most likely very few that exist in the wild.
