Pokemon Go Trainer Catches Ultra Rare Mew Hundo, Sparking Jealousy Among Players

Pokemon Go trainers are filled with envy after one player revealed their incredible achievement of catching an ultra-rare Hundo Mew.

While the ultimate goal in Pokemon Go is to catch them all, some Pokemon are significantly more challenging to acquire than others.

Legendary Galarian birds are among the rarest wild encounters, but Mystical Pokemon, like Mew, are even tougher to find. They only appear after successfully completing specific research tasks and cannot be encountered in the wild.

Additionally, most Mythicals cannot be traded between players; hence, acquiring one requires dedicated effort and a stroke of good fortune.

Mew, a historic mythical Pokemon, made its first appearance in 1996 and is recognized as the last Pokemon of the initial generation.

Since its introduction, Mew has remained a beloved character in the Pokemon franchise, notably featured in Pokemon: The First Movie.

One Pokemon Go trainer proudly shared a screenshot of their newly acquired Hundo Mew on Reddit, stating, “No way, I finally got one, and it’s a Hundo!”

Other Pokemon Go enthusiasts quickly congratulated the owner of the Hundo Mew, expressing their admiration and envy. One Reddit user humorously commented, “Screw you was my first thought but I’m suppressing that one. Congrats, I guess.”

Another user remarked, “Congrats. That’s amazing luck… I hope you continue your streak!”

Players only have one opportunity to catch Mew after completing the A Mythical Discovery research task, making it cause for celebration to obtain one with maxed-out stats.

While the exact chances of capturing a Hundo Mew in Pokemon Go remain unknown, they are extremely rare. Catching any Hundo is a challenging task, and doing so with one of the rarest Pokemon in the game is no small feat.
