Police to Conduct Further Summoning and Investigation of Min Hee-jin Amid Allegations of Embezzlement Denial

On the 15th, during a press conference, Seoul Police Chief Cho Ji-ho declared that further investigation was necessary in regards to the ongoing inquiry into CEO Min Hee-jin.

Earlier, HYBE had filed a complaint against Min Hee-jin, the CEO of its subsidiary ADOR, for breaching her duty. On the 9th, Min Hee-jin was present at the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul for her initial police interrogation.

Despite the accusations, Min Hee-jin refuted them and argued that, due to the current shareholding structure, it is not feasible for her to seize management control.

After being questioned for approximately eight hours, Min Hee-jin stated to the press, “I have disclosed all the crucial information and am relieved to have spoken the truth. It cannot be considered a breach of duty; in my opinion, it is more akin to a comedy.”
