Popeye’s New Fiery Menu Inspired by Their Most Popular Dip

Popeye’s is cranking up the heat with the launch of their spiciest menu items yet, all inspired by the chain’s beloved hot honey dip.

If you’re a fan of the delightful combination of sweet and spicy, Popeye’s is set to fulfill your culinary cravings with a new selection of chicken dishes drenched in their signature hot honey dip.

This exciting new range, exclusive to the UK, was developed in response to the immense popularity of the hot honey sauce among customers. The collection features three enticing items, including a revamped version of the brand’s iconic sandwich.

Without further ado, here’s what’s included in the new lineup:

  • Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich – A delectable offering featuring crunchy chicken breast nestled in a brioche bun, drizzled with hot honey sauce, and topped with smoked cheese and pickles.
  • Hot Honey Saucin’ Wings – Touted as ‘a must-try for fans looking to spice up their order’ by Popeyes, these extra crispy chicken wings are generously coated in the in-house developed hot honey sauce that promises to set your taste buds ablaze.
  • Hot Honey Box Meal – If you’re feeling extra hungry, you can grab a box meal that includes the Hot Honey Sandwich, regular fries, a regular drink, and your choice of chicken tenders, hot wings, or one piece of signature chicken.

“After experiencing the overwhelming love from our fans for our best-selling Hot Honey dip, we decided to take it a step further with a range of new products dedicated to this flavor,” stated Dave Hoskins, head of food at Popeyes.

“We’re continually inspired by our roots in New Orleans, and Hot Honey absolutely embodies that sweet Southern kick.”

While the chain has not disclosed the duration for which the menu items will be available, they are limited edition, so be sure to act quickly.

For US customers feeling a twinge of jealousy over the new spicy selection, there’s no need to fret; Domino’s has recently reintroduced one of their most iconic items after more than a decade of discontinuation.
