YouTuber Patrick Julianelle, widely recognized as PopularMMOs, is reportedly “on the run”following recent developments in his legal situation. This comes after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer.
On November 20, 2024, the popular Minecraft content creator, who boasts more than 17 million subscribers and resides in Jacksonville, Florida, entered a guilty plea. He was subsequently sentenced to 12 months of probation along with 100 hours of community service. Additionally, Julianelle made a $1,000 donation to a police memorial fund and issued an apology to the officer involved.
Recent Probation Violation Report
Fast forward to January 8, 2025, the Florida Department of Corrections filed a violation report against Julianelle. Just two days later, on January 10, authorities issued a warrant for his arrest. This warrant came about as a result of court documents shared on the r/YouTube subreddit, suggesting that the YouTuber has not adhered to the terms of his probation.
It appears that Julianelle may have failed to check in with his probation officer, which puts him at risk of serving time in prison if apprehended by law enforcement. Notably, a bail bond associated with the warrant has been set at zero, making it impossible for him to utilize any financial resources for his release should he be taken into custody.
The situation is compounded by Julianelle’s previous legal issues. In 2021, he faced allegations of domestic battery and causing bodily harm, which he vehemently denied, labeling them as “false accusations.” However, the Duval County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that an arrest had indeed occurred at that time.
As of now, PopularMMOs has not been active on social media since 2023, leaving little room for speculation or commentary from him regarding his current legal predicaments.
