Billie Eilish, the American pop star, opened up about her relationships with popular K-pop artists.
During the June 26th episode of tvN’s variety show “You Quiz on the Block,”which marked its 250th episode, a special segment on the “10,000-Hour Rule”was featured. The episode also had a special guest appearance by global pop star Billie Eilish. Among the various topics discussed, her close relationships with K-pop artists was a significant highlight.
During the conversation, Jo Se Ho mentioned Billie Eilish’s 2022 concert in Korea and inquired if she recalled encountering BTS members RM and J-Hope, who had been seated in the front row. Billie graciously replied, “I was grateful for their attendance. They are truly amazing individuals whom I admire,”conveying her sincere appreciation for their encounter.
In August of 2022, a concert was held by Billie Eilish in Seoul, South Korea. During the event, RM and J-Hope posted videos of themselves enthusiastically enjoying the show, jumping and dancing along to Billie Eilish’s music. Later in the day, they both uploaded pictures from backstage with Billie Eilish and her brother, Finneas.
Similarly, Billie’s close relationship with BLACKPINK’s Jennie was also highly publicized. Jennie’s unexpected appearance as the host at Billie Eilish’s listening party in Seoul created quite a buzz. When asked about the experience, the American artist expressed her gratitude, stating, “The event was a huge success and I was truly honored. Having Jennie as the interviewer was a highlight for me. She’s a dear friend, and as someone who doesn’t have many close friends, she holds a special place in my heart.”
Ever since their first meeting at Coachella in 2019, Jennie and Billie Eilish have been close friends. Their bond only grew stronger after the girl group’s performance at the music festival, solidifying a friendship that will last a lifetime.

Billie Eilish revealed that she maintains regular communication with Jennie and openly expresses her fondness for her. Jo Se Hho jokingly added, “So, from now on, we’re all one big family, right? Yoo Jae Suk is like Jennie’s brother.”Upon hearing this, Billie Eilish quipped, “Does Jennie know that?”which sparked laughter from the group.
