Additionally, the PV includes a voiceover from Sebastian Michaelis (voiced by Daisuke Ono), confirming the production of season 5.

It is evident that the teaser PV is setting up the Emerald Witch Arc, which has received praise from fans for its captivating storyline and intriguing characters. Additionally, it has been revealed that Daisuke Ono and Maaya Sakamoto will be returning to their roles as Sebastian and Ciel Phantomhive, respectively.

In the future, it is likely that new voice actors will be announced. Along with Daisuke Ono and Maaya Sakamoto, it is expected that other voice actors from the previous installment will return to reprise their roles. However, the anime’s team has not yet disclosed this information.

Kenjiro Okada, the director of the previous season, will once again be at the helm for Black Butler season 5 at Cloverworks. As previously announced, Crunchyroll will be streaming the series in 2025 while it airs on Japanese television.
