Taking advantage of Sōsuke Aizen’s demise, the Wandenreich finally makes a move on the Gotei 13 after remaining inactive for a thousand years.
Yhwach, the leader of the Quincy, holds the belief that the Soul Society is a fundamentally flawed institution. He firmly believes that the Quincy are better suited to oversee affairs. However, his methods of proving this involve excessive amounts of violence and bloodshed.
Ichigo and the other Shinigami are united in standing against their opponents in a pivotal battle that will determine the fate of everyone involved. Although this is only the third installment in a four-part saga, there are sure to be significant plot twists that will keep readers on the edge of their seats.
