We are just a few weeks away from the highly anticipated release of Deadpool and Wolverine, but the beloved duo has surprised us with an unexpected collaboration with one of our favorite reality TV shows.
As we approach Deadpool & Wolverine, the buzz surrounding it is the ideal remedy for a struggling MCU. Whether it is praised or criticized, the Marvel film’s promotional strategy has been spot on, featuring everything from themed popcorn buckets to superhero-themed pizzas.
Recently, this has manifested itself in the form of an unexpected and comical TV crossover with the ABC reality show The Bachelorette. In the video, Wolverine can be seen attempting to convince the Bachelor Nation that Deadpool 3 is the ideal choice for a date night movie, all while holding the show’s iconic red rose.
Despite not being up for the task, Deadpool steps in and signals for the camera to focus on Wolverine’s explanation, but instead zooms in on his butt. As expected, fans have enthusiastically responded to this moment.

“One user joked that the behind the scenes look at the show was nice, while another commented on the hard work of the marketing team.”
A third person chimed in, stating “One of the greatest duos of all time!”Another person agreed, saying “This movie is going to be great, the humor is hilarious!”
Despite some fans going crazy over Deadpool’s frequent use of “no cap”and the widely known Wolverine photo meme, others are questioning the need for further promotion of these characters.
Another fan reflected, “I have no complaints about this ad. It’s hilarious. However, I do wonder why we need ads to promote #DeadpoolAndWolverine. It’s a no-brainer, like flying cars or pre-softened butter. Fans already have a desire for this, so why spend money to convince them?”
“Is there any chance this movie can be released soon? I’m tired of all the advertising,”another user tweeted.
One fan added that this marketing campaign is highly praised.
Despite being the next in line, Deadpool & Wolverine is not the only Marvel project that will increase its marketing efforts this month. In fact, Agatha All Along has also released its first trailer to follow suit.
Last night marked the start of The Bachelorette Season 21, as Jenn met the 25 contestants – with the exception of Wolverine – all competing for a rose.
