Did Jay Park Almost Become a BIGBANG Member? The Shocking Truth Revealed

On June 28th, the YouTube channel “Zip Daesung”by Daesung showcased a captivating video called ‘Oh My God! Is this Bang Girls?’, featuring the collaboration of Sunye and Yubin from Wonder Girls. The trio shared interesting behind-the-scenes anecdotes about their respective groups, BIGBANG and Wonder Girls.

During their conversation, Daesung shared insights about their MBTI personalities and disclosed that he identified as an introvert (I).

“Jiyong is E,”referring to BIGBANG’s G-Dragon. He continued, “Both Jiyong and AKMU’s Chanhyuk are ENTP. Chanhyuk seized the opportunity and suggested, ‘How about we create a duo group called ENTP?’ Then he started presenting, like a briefing, about his plan. Everyone listened quietly, then CEO Yang Hyun-suk said, ‘Stop joking around and just eat your food.’”

Recalling their time as trainees, Daesung highlighted influential figures at their respective companies.

“JYP’s representative trainees were Sunye and Jo Kwon, while there were GD and Taeyang in YG,”he said.

Dispelling the speculation that Jay Park was on the verge of joining BIGBANG, Daesung playfully remarked:

“If he had joined, my position would have been in danger. It’s good that he didn’t join.”

Yubin recounted her journey to joining Wonder Girls, emphasizing the cutthroat nature of the industry.

Upon joining ‘Tell Me’, Yubin revealed that there were already candidates in consideration for her spot, including Hyomin and Hyosung. She also mentioned that she was cast by JYP while still under another company, as she was a former member of the renowned group Five Girls. Interestingly, Yubin made her debut just two weeks after being scouted by JYP.

Yubin was asked about any territorial behavior from existing members when she joined, to which she responded, “Although there wasn’t any territorial behavior, I did feel that they were more experienced. I made an effort to fit into the team dynamic.”

During a recent episode of Lee Young Ji’s YouTube show, “My Alcohol Diary,”Jay Park, the former leader of 2PM and a well-known singer-songwriter, revealed his intentions to retire, making headlines in the news.

After announcing the release of his upcoming album next year and the completion of his final concert tour, Park stated that he plans to retire. He stressed that his decision is resolute and he would like to retire while leaving behind fond memories for his devoted fans.

Despite his success and blessings, Park expressed his feelings of exhaustion and pressure from the constant public scrutiny and high expectations. He acknowledged his human limitations and shared his desire for self-reward. This announcement came as a surprise to many, including Young Ji, who initially thought he was joking.
