Gypsy Rose criticizes TikToker for sharing ‘inappropriate’ videos of her former home

Gypsy Rose responded to a TikToker who gained popularity for sharing a video of the house where her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, was killed in 2015.

On July 7, a video was posted by TikToker ‘lanaivv’ showing her driving past Gypsy Rose’s former residence in Springfield, Missouri.

The house gained notoriety as the location of the 2015 murder of Dee Dee Blanchard, mother of Gypsy Rose.

Despite Gypsy Rose having moved out of the home, there were still residents living there at the time of the viral recording. Additionally, “no trespassing”signs were scattered throughout their lawn.

Despite serving a seven-year sentence for the second-degree murder of her mother, Gypsy Rose retaliated against the TikToker for revealing a part of her past that she would rather forget.

“Your lack of respect and decency is truly disappointing. Instead of treating the house where a tragedy occurred with the appropriate sensitivity, you visit it as if it were a tourist attraction like the Grand Canyon,”she commented.

Gypsy Rose’s remark had attracted more than 2,000 replies before it was removed.

Additionally, TikToker NoahGlennCarter covered the story and viewers expressed their opinions on her old house gaining popularity.

“One person disagreed, stating that the house should not be treated as a tourist attraction. They pointed out that not only was a crime committed there, but it was also the site of years of abuse for Gypsy.”

“Another person chimed in, “Do you guys not have any idea what she endured in that cursed house? Show some respect.”

Despite being released from prison only in December 2023, Gypsy Rose has managed to keep her personal affairs in the spotlight.

Despite being released early, she and her ex-husband Ryan Anderson divorced only three months later. Since then, she has been spotted with her former fiancé, Ken Urker.

She also went online to publicly confront another TikToker for flirting with Ken and feeling “panini-pressed”about not being able to have a man like him.

Despite still being in the public eye, Gypsy Rose has made efforts to clarify any fan questions and concerns through her TikTok account, but she has not yet posted a video addressing the issue of people visiting the location where her mother was murdered.
