To prepare tasty Sesame Balls in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you will require the following ingredients:

  • Wheat
  • Ginger
  • Rice
  • Soya
  • Seaweed

Wheat can easily be obtained as an ingredient. It is available at Goofy’s Stall in the Peaceful Meadow, where the seeds cost one Coin and the fully grown crop costs three Coins. Since Wheat only takes one minute to grow, it is recommended to purchase the seeds.

In the Forgotten Lands, ginger can be easily spotted as green stalks sprouting from the ground. There are numerous patches of ginger scattered throughout the area, ready for harvesting.

Rice is available for purchase or can be grown. Goofy’s Stall in the Glade of Trust offers both options. The cost for the seeds is 35 Coins, while the fully grown crop is priced at 92 Coins. Therefore, it is advised to grow the rice as it is more cost-effective. However, it does take 50 minutes to grow, so if time is a concern, it is recommended to purchase it instead.

Soya can be found at Goofy’s Stall in the Sunlit Plateau. Unfortunately, it takes one and a half hours for Soya to reach full growth, so you may have to be patient or hope for the chance to purchase the mature crop. However, you can buy Soya seeds for 60 Coins.

Seaweed can be obtained by fishing outside of the ripples on Dazzle Beach. However, if you have unlocked Moana and have her at level 10, there is a possibility to obtain it from her fishing boat. It is recommended to fish in the designated area for a guaranteed reward.
