Howard Stern Calls TikTok’s ‘Hawk Tuah’ Girl a Father’s Worst Nightmare

Howard Stern made some disparaging comments about Hailey Welch, the TikTok sensation known as the ‘hawk tuah’ girl.

“The girl known as “Hawk tuah,”whose actual name is Hailey Welch, rose to fame on TikTok in June after her interview with ‘TimandDeeTV.’”

The media outlet picked her and her friend at random to interview partygoers on the sidewalk. When asked an explicit question, she reacted by spitting on the ground and uttering the phrase “hawk tuah.”

Despite being online, many believed she exuded the ultimate vibe, leading to Welch capitalizing on her social media popularity by selling merchandise such as hats and shirts.

Despite earning admiration from multiple sources, even receiving recognition from podcaster Joe Rogan who called her “hilarious,”talk show host Howard Stern had a contrary response.

During a segment of his SiriusXM radio show, ‘The Howard Stern Show,’ he praised Welch for being “uninhibited”and noted that her response to the interview question was incredibly “natural,”as she didn’t even have to think about it.

He also mentioned that she is the epitome of a father’s worst fear, stating that as a father to three daughters himself, he would be completely disgusted if he ever caught one of his own daughters behaving in such a manner online.

Despite not being active on social media, Stern joked that it has been nearly impossible to escape Welch’s viral clip, even though he wants nothing to do with it.

Netizens responded to Stern’s opinion by accusing him of being too “innocent”and stressed that he should approach the situation with more humor.

Although Stern may not be offering Welch an interview invitation in the near future, ‘TimandDeeTV’ is interested in having a longer segment with her.

Despite her sudden rise to fame and success online, the hawk tuah girl remains discreet and keeps a low profile on the internet.
