Killing Floor 3: Global Launch Set for July 24 on Multiple Platforms

The eagerly awaited third installment of the beloved Killing Floor series will release on July 24 for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, along with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Utilizing the extension of its launch period, the development team has concentrated on addressing concerns raised during the closed beta. The heightened anticipation surrounding Killing Floor 3 demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence, with the team aiming to deliver a polished gaming experience.
In an effort to maintain transparency, the developers have shared regular updates detailing improvements in game design, artwork, user interface, and animation.
“Since delaying the launch of Killing Floor 3, we’ve dedicated the additional development time to responding to the community’s feedback, ensuring the next chapter in the much-loved cult action/horror franchise lives up to our shared vision, ” said Bryan Wynia, Creative Director at Tripwire Interactive.
Wynia further emphasized gratitude for the community’s support, stating, “The support from our fans has been incredible, and with the new July 24th release date in sight, we’re thrilled to bring that vision to players not just at launch, but through the continued support of new features and content that is a hallmark of our studio.”
Clearly, the development team is keenly attuned to player feedback, which bodes well for the game’s trajectory following a rather tumultuous beta phase.
Concerns over game performance during the beta indicated a need for optimization, as several bugs and glitches were pervasive. The team hopes that the delayed launch will remedy these issues and enhance overall gameplay quality.
The Killing Floor franchise is recognized as one of the top first-person shooter games in the zombie genre, and Tripwire Interactive is committed to preserving this reputation with its upcoming release.
