MW3 & Warzone Altered Strain event

The latest update, Season 4 Reloaded, introduced a variety of new additions such as the Reclaimer 18 Shotgun, Sledgehammer melee weapon, and a fresh map called Incline. Additionally, players can enjoy the Bit Party playlist, which offers a nostalgic twist on the classic Favela map.

Furthermore, the Altered Strain event follows Season 4’s Critical Countdown event.

When does Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone’s Altered Strain event start?

The Altered Strain event will start on June 26, 2024 and end on July 24 in both MW3 and Warzone.

This allows players a span of four weeks to finish the event, which should be sufficient for the majority to obtain all the rewards within that time frame.

Earning Rewards from MW3 & Warzone’s Altered Strain Event

To obtain all the rewards in the Altered Strain event, you must gather “altered DNA samples”from defeated enemies and Loot Caches, similar to the process in the Critical Countdown event.

You will need to collect Altered DNA samples to complete the event

Currently, only one out of the four Master Challenges is accessible in its entirety since the event has been launched.
