Twitch streamer QTCinderella was taken aback when fellow content creator Pokimane attempted to plant a kiss on her cheek as a gesture of gratitude for viewing her podcast. This unexpected moment sparked a wave of laughter among their fans.
Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys has been diversifying her content significantly. From launching her own podcast titled ‘Don’t Tell Anyone’ to collaborating with Lilypichu on a new show and initiating a cooking series alongside QTCinderella, she’s making sure to spread her creative endeavors across multiple platforms.
Among the highlights of her recent activities are a few memorable viral incidents, including her experiences with a celebrity stylist who ‘scammed’ her and an unsettling encounter with an angry wife of a fan.
Her podcasts have become quite popular, drawing in other streamers as well, which was evident in an October episode of her cooking segment with QT called ‘Girl Dinner.’
Pokimane has been collaborating with other influencers like LilyPichu and QTCinderella.
During the livestream, while scrolling through her phone, Pokimane stumbled upon a clip of QTCinderella tuning into her podcast.
“Oh my god, you were watching my podcast?” Poki exclaimed. “She’s actually watching, guys!”
In a playful gesture, she leaned in to kiss QT on the cheek, catching the streamer off guard as she instinctively tried to lean away.
“Oh my god,” QT chuckled.
“I do this to everyone who watches my podcast,” Poki clarified.
“You shouldn’t do this to just anyone!” QT responded with a laugh. “Please, don’t kiss everyone who tunes into your podcast.”
In a light-hearted tone, Pokimane quipped that it was all part of her “marketing” strategy, to which viewers reacted enthusiastically, with one commenting, “I want Poki to know I watch her podcast. Thanks!”
Another added, “I don’t tune into the podcast… but I’d be willing to make a deal lol.”
A third remark humorously pointed out, “‘I do this to everyone who watches the podcast’ … and next thing you know, the podcast is number one in the world.”
