Quality Assurance in Another World: Release Date, Theme Songs, and More Announced

The official website and X account for the Quality Assurance in Another World anime announced on Saturday, May 4, 2024 that the series will be premiering on July 5, 2024. The staff also revealed additional cast members, a new key visual, and the theme songs.

The popular anime Quality Assurance in Another World is an adaptation of the ongoing Isekai manga series, which is both written and illustrated by Masamichi Sato. The manga has been serialized on Kodansha’s Comic Days website since 2020 and currently has 11 volumes published.

The anime adaptation is being produced by Studio Palette and 100Studio. Although it was originally scheduled to premiere in the Spring 2024 session, the premiere has been postponed to July for reasons that are currently unknown.

Release Date for Quality Assurance in Another World Anime

On Saturday, May 4, 2024, the official staff of the Quality Assurance in Another World anime revealed that the series will premiere on July 5, 2024. Along with this news, the broadcast details for the series have also been unveiled.

According to the official announcement, viewers can catch new episodes of the Quality Assurance in Another World anime every Friday at 26:23 JST on TBS’s Animeism B2 Block, beginning on July 5, 2024 (effectively July 6, 2024 at 2:23 am JST).

Japanese viewers can tune into the anime on BS-TBS with a slight delay of 47 minutes, in addition to TBS. Fans of the anime outside Japan need not be concerned as Crunchyroll has obtained the international streaming rights.

The team responsible for the Quality Assurance in Another World anime has recently announced the addition of six new cast members. Among them is Nobuhiko Okamoto, who will portray Suzuki, a young dwarf and Haga’s trusted companion.

Natsumi Murakami is added to the anime’s voice cast as Namiko, who is said to be the sole elf in the group. Kentaro Kumagai takes on the role of Kuro-chan, and Kentaro Ito voices Shacho.

Kenichiro Matsuda plays the role of Sumida, known as the “King’s Seeker”of Sakai, and Chiemi Tanaka voices the character of Kana. Notably, both the official website and X handle for the Isekai anime have released visuals of the new cast members.

In addition, the following cast members have been announced, and will be joined by these new voice actors:

  • Kaito Ishikawa as Haga
  • Reiji Kawashima as Amano
  • Hinaki Yano as Nikola
  • Kisho Taniyama as Sakai
  • Rie Takahashi as Akira
  • Daisuke Ono as Jin

The theme songs’ information has been revealed, including the artists behind them. The anime’s opening theme, No Complete, is performed by Liyuu, a J-Pop singer. The ending theme, Loop, is sung by the well-known duo NACHERRY, composed of Chiemi Tanaka and Natsumi Murakami.

The directorial responsibilities for this anime are being handled by Kei Umabiki in a dual collaboration between 100Studio and Studio Palette. Shogo Yasukawa is responsible for both writing and supervising the scripts, while Shigeo Akahori is credited as the character designer.

Quality Assurance in Another World is a story adapted from Masamichi Sato’s manga series. It follows the life of Nikola, a village girl whose peaceful routine is disrupted when ferocious dragons attack her village.

When she meets Haga, an expert scholar and member of the secret society “Seeker,”Nikola discovers that they both have their own secrets that fundamentally alter their lives.
