Within the industrial plant, the most fruitful areas are the top floor rooms. Additionally, there are potential spawns on the first floor near the Wi-Fi Camera location related to the Provide Viewership task, specifically around crates by the broken windows.

A notable alternative location is Interchange, which I personally recommend for finding Car Batteries. In total, a player may need to secure nine Car Batteries throughout a wipe, so it’s wise to save up some stash space for these items as you progress towards your hideout upgrades and quests.
