Ranked List of the Top 10 Total RUSH Players in EA FC 25

Ranked List of the Top 10 Total RUSH Players in EA FC 25

There are some incredibly high-priced Ultimate Team cards in EA FC 25’s Total RUSH promo, and it’s justified given this event showcases one of the strongest promo teams seen in recent times.

The second promo for EA FC 25 Ultimate Team, titled Total RUSH, consists of two squads featuring the world’s top players, drawing inspiration from the newly introduced RUSH mode. This event brings forth a variety of limited-time RUSH variants, each with unique squad requirements that players can tackle to unlock Player Picks and Season Points.

Weekly, there is also one objective player made available as part of the Total RUSH event, which can be obtained by completing specific challenges.

Kicking off this promo was the initial Total RUSH Team featuring a Cole Palmer POTM SBC and an Alex Morgan EOAE SBC. Notable players like Kylian Mbappe, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Antoine Griezmann shine among the new cards, while also showcasing several underrated talents worthy of attention.

10. Azpilicueta

At under 20,000 coins, the Cesar Azpilicueta card is an exceptional bargain and a solid center-back option for any Ultimate squad. As La Liga boasts a plethora of strong players, achieving chemistry with Azpilicueta should be quite manageable. His stats are impressive: 88 Interceptions, 90 Reactions, 92 Aggression, and 78 Pace make him a well-rounded defender with minimal weaknesses.

While Azpilicueta lacks a PlayStyle Plus, his standard PlayStyles—Intercept, Jockey, and Anticipate—suffice effectively.

9. Aurelien Tchouameni

Currently, there aren’t many exceptional CDM options in Ultimate Team. Other than a few costly ICONs and Heroes, it’s challenging to find reliable players for this role. Although Tchouameni’s price may seem steep at around 640,000 coins, he possesses all the qualities of an outstanding holding midfielder.

With 90 Defensive Awareness, 85 Strength, and solid Passing and Dribbling stats, the Real Madrid player stands firm. Plus, he boasts every Defending PlayStyle apart from Block and Slide Tackle, along with Aerial, Relentless, and Long Ball Pass, making him an ideal choice for the holding position.

8. Trent Alexander-Arnold

Filling a gap in the right-back position, Trent Alexander-Arnold stands out as one of the premier RBs in Ultimate Team. Currently, RTTK Malo Gusto and Jeremie Frimpong are the only viable non-ICON or Hero choices.

While Alexander-Arnold’s Pace may not be game-changing, his exceptional Passing, Dribbling, and Defensive stats ensure he remains a valuable asset for your lineup for an extended period. Key highlights include 94 Stamina, 92 Interceptions, 94 Crossing, and 86 Dribbling. The Falseback role may not be ideal, but he holds a ++ Player R Role, should you wish to explore it.

His strength lies in making forward runs along the wing, amplified by his impressive passing abilities coupled with the Whipped Pass +, allowing for precise crosses aimed directly at your striker.

7. Marquinhos

This year, Ligue 1 lacks standout cards, but Marquinhos’ Brazilian nationality aids in chemistry arrangements. His value is likely lower due to the lack of prominence of his league; if he were from a high-demand league like the Premier League, he’d surpass a million coins.

Amazingly, this solid center-back is priced around just 200,000 coins. All his Defensive stats are rated 90 or above, and he possesses adequate Pace to compete against any attackers.

Additionally, Marquinhos showcases 90 Jumping, an Intercept PlayStyle +, a Ball Playing Defender ++, and nearly every other desirable PlayStyle available.

6. Frenkie De Jong

Featuring an impressive 95 Stamina, Frenkie De Jong proves tireless in the midfield, leveraging his outstanding dribbling stats to leave opponents in the dust.

While his attacking stats could use a boost, deploying him as a defensively focused player within a pivot alongside someone more aggressive is recommended.

Trivela might not be the most impactful PlayStyle +, but his Press Proven and various passing-focused PlayStyles make up for it significantly.

5. Cristiano Ronaldo

In any other context, it would seem absurd to rank a Cristiano Ronaldo promo card this low. However, times have changed; Ronaldo’s impact has lessened considerably. With reduced Agility and Balance, maneuvering in tight spaces is challenging, compounded by his diminished Pace.

Additionally, linking Ronaldo poses difficulties as he now plays in the Saudi Pro League, which offers a limited supply of meta players. Nevertheless, the legendary Portuguese forward remains an exceptional marksman, with stats that still support that claim.

His attributes, including Power Header, Acrobatic abilities, and 96 Jumping, ensure he can dominate aerial duels, while the Power Shot is invaluable for a striker. He also boasts five-star skill moves along with a four-star weak foot, which are enjoyable bonuses.

Despite these factors, justifying the over two million coin price tag for this card remains problematic.

4. Lauren James

Lauren James is hailed as one of the most meta players at the beginning of EA FC 25 Ultimate Team. This promo card enhances an already brilliant winger, making her a must-have addition to any squad.

Her Inside Forward ++ PlayStyle ensures she expertly positions herself to slip behind defenses for easy goal opportunities. With 95 Acceleration, 91 Sprint Speed, and 95 Strength, she can effortlessly bypass fullbacks and maintain possession.

Although her 80 Stamina and Agility could be better, an Engine Chemistry Style can help elevate those stats. Trickster + is ideal for players keen on showcasing complex skill moves, and James features almost all Ball Control PlayStyles barring Press Proven and Technical.

If you can muster the million coins required, James is definitely worth the investment.

3. Antoine Griezmann

Similar to James, Antoine Griezmann has emerged as a heavily utilized card in Ultimate Team. His finesse shots are almost unstoppable, capable of being executed from seemingly any distance thanks to the Finesse + PlayStyle.

This particular upgraded card possesses no significant weaknesses. If one were to be overly critical, a faster striker could enhance his effectiveness. Nevertheless, his 90 Shooting, 88 Passing, and 90 Dribbling make him competitive among any current cards.

Additionally, with the False 9 ++ Player Role, Griezmann can drift wide beautifully, positioning himself perfectly for a finesse shot across the goal from outside the box. While one million coins might be steep, it’s justifiable for a card of such high caliber.

2. Kevin DeBruyne

Even though Kevin De Bruyne’s gold card boasts an overall rating of 90, it only runs about 40,000 coins due to its 67 Pace, which is inadequate in the current meta. However, his Total RUSH version boasts improved Pace at 80, making him relevant once again.

The Pinged Pass PlayStyle Plus is a standout feature for a center midfielder, and he possesses most other Passing PlayStyles besides Tiki Taka. His four-star skills combined with a five-star weak foot provide essential advantages when evading defenders in midfield.

Add to that his superb Shooting, Passing, and Dribbling attributes, and you have a card that anyone should be eager to incorporate into their lineup.

1. Kylian Mbappe

There’s little left to be said about Kylian Mbappe that hasn’t already been expressed. He is among the top attackers in FC 25, with the best overall card at his disposal. A staggering 98 Pace at this stage of Ultimate Team is extraordinary, bolstered by his near-flawless Shooting and Dribbling stats.

Unless you’re fortunate enough to pull him in a pack, it’s unlikely many players will possess the nearly seven million coins necessary to add this striker to their rosters.
