Ranking of Blue Lock Mentors by Charisma

In Muneyuki Kaneshiro’s universe, the current football gods are the mentors of Blue Lock’s Neo-Egoist League. Each of them possesses an abundance of skills, such as speed, technical ability, vision, passing, and game-reading. This was evident as Noel Noa, Julien Loki, and Chris Prince all proved themselves to be the leaders of the group.

The purpose of Blue Lock was to provide coaches for the teams participating in the Neo-Egoist League. These coaches have been observed guiding their teams in every match played thus far. Despite their football skills, one cannot help but ponder about the unique presence these individuals possess that sets them apart.

The following is a ranking of the Blue Lock’s mentors based on their level of charisma.

Noel Noah

While Noel Noa may not have the most charisma, he is still highly regarded by many. As the first mentor on this list, he is known for his strong personality and his appeal to football fans. However, compared to the other mentors that have been introduced so far, he has been seen as the most “cyborg-like.”

Noa is depicted as a composed but focused individual who is straightforward and honest, while also maintaining proper etiquette. The forward values his players understanding their roles and showing deference to authority. He heavily relies on logic, rationality, and statistics, selecting players based on their proven track record.

Growing up in impoverished French slums, Noa developed a strong drive to change his circumstances, leading him to take football seriously from a young age. While his world-class colleagues may perceive him as reserved and distant, this does not diminish his willingness to support and guide his players, as demonstrated with Isagi.

4) Marc Snuffy

Italy’s Marc Snuffy, the mentor of the Ubers, is closely followed by Noa. Snuffy appears to be more charismatic than his French counterpart. Above all, he has portrayed himself as a team-oriented, strategic, and patient individual.

Despite his initial demeanor of being cold and calculating, it became apparent that Snuffy is actually a mild-mannered individual. He politely convinced Shoei Barou to adopt the Ubers’ ideology. However, there are moments when Snuffy’s determination leads him to challenge Barou to a 1v1 face-off in the training room, solely to prove his point.

Equally significant, Snuffy’s past experiences have shaped him to value both a player’s mental state and their individual talents. His unique personality and captivating charisma were key factors in the Ubers adopting his playing style, ultimately establishing themselves as a formidable force.

Julian Loki

Kylian Mbappe, who plays for Blue Lock, bears a striking resemblance to the real Kylian Mbappe. Both are highly talented and represent French clubs (Mbappe, previously). Loki’s introduction immediately caught the attention of viewers, as he appeared to be a respectful player who values his opponents.

Despite being a member of Team World 5, he was the only one who did not underestimate Team Blue Lock. In fact, he even prevented his teammates from making that mistake, demonstrating a level of maturity. According to Isagi, Loki politely apologized to his teammates and wished them luck in their upcoming match.

Additionally, Loki showed no signs of nervousness when facing Isagi and his team, demonstrating his unwavering confidence in his own skills. This was not surprising considering the warm and appreciative aura he exuded, which seemed to foster a positive relationship with his team Paris X Gen. Despite his confident demeanor, even Charles Chevalier strives to improve and play alongside Loki.

2) Wash

Undoubtedly, the Brazilian Lavinho is a highly favored player in Kaneshiro’s series. He serves as the coach for Spain’s FC Barcha, the team that Meguru Bachira ultimately joins. Lavinho was portrayed as a flamboyant character, with a blonde, stylized mullet, numerous tattoos, and an abundance of accessories (outside of the game).

Lavinho exudes an air of eccentricity, expressiveness, and free-thinking. These qualities are reflected in his unique style of play, similar to that of Bachira. Lavinho holds a firm belief in his own capabilities, boldly proclaiming himself as the world’s best.

Upon receiving an invitation to Blue Lock, he gladly accepted the role of Spain Master. However, unlike the other mentors, he did not directly instruct his players. Instead, he shared his own ideology and encouraged them to interpret it for themselves. It was likely this unique strength of character that greatly contributed to Bachira’s growth.

Chris Prince

Wrapping up the roster of dynamic Blue Lock mentors is Chris Prince from England. He is widely regarded as the second most skilled behind Noa. Chris was personally selected by Nagi Seishiro to guide the team from Manshine City in the Blue Lock program.

Among a plethora of mentors, Chris Prince stands out as the most charismatic, confident, and expressive. He is also known for being a little self-obsessed and not respecting personal boundaries. Some may perceive his direct manner of speaking as egotistical. Additionally, he takes pleasure in unnecessarily showing off his muscles.

Despite his self-centered nature and tendency to overestimate his physical abilities, the man acknowledges that he has grown significantly since his youth. He strives to motivate and inspire his players with his “powerful”speeches. Despite his flaws, there is a certain charm about him that causes players like Nagi to readily adopt his style of play.
