Chef Joshua Weissman and his two friends have evaluated the top breakfast foods from around the United States, and their preferred dish may come as a surprise to you.
Joshua Weissman, a renowned YouTuber and chef, has been cooking since the tender age of three. With his captivating food content constantly going viral, Weissman has amassed a subscriber count of over 9 million, solidifying his position as a prominent influencer.
In his most recent video, the chef and two of his companions sampled and evaluated the top breakfast dishes from all 50 states in the United States.
During their discussion at the table, the YouTuber elaborated on how they would be rating the various dishes and expressed their enthusiasm for them.
The top dishes were categorized in the “S”tier, while the bottom dishes were designated as “F”tier. The tiers in between, ranked from lowest to highest, were D, C, B, and A.
The judges’ first food item to rank was the iconic cinnamon roll from Montana. They were all in agreement that it was “fantastic”and even joked that they would marry any girl who could make it for them for breakfast.
After being served Indiana’s “fried mush”breakfast, Weissman and his friends were taken aback. The dish, made from a blend of corn meal, milk, and salt, was topped with butter and honey after being fried. Although they found it to be “uncomplicated and intriguing,”it ultimately ranked in the second-highest tier.
The YouTuber decided to have Dunkin’ donuts for breakfast during his visit to Massachusetts. During this experience, he made a joke about the donut being a favorite among elderly individuals. He amusingly stated, “This donut is a hit among the 65-year-old men who spend 16 hours doing crossword puzzles outside of Dunkin’ Donuts.”
A list of Weissman and the judges’ favorite breakfast dishes from all 50 states in America.
The majority of the food reviewed received top marks from the three judges. However, a few dishes were not as highly ranked, such as scrapple from Delaware and a “disappointing”toast with chokeberry jam from Wyoming.
After sampling 50 breakfast dishes, Weismann and the judges evaluated the dishes they had placed in the “S” tier and assigned them scores from 1 to 10. In the end, the grilled sticky from Pennsylvania emerged as their top choice for an American breakfast.
Weissman is just one of the many food enthusiasts who take pleasure in ranking their preferred dishes. In June, a former barista revealed their top 15 Starbucks frappuccinos, starting from the least favorite to the best. Despite the disappointment with the strawberries and cream flavor, the red velvet cinnamon roll frappuccino emerged as the ultimate champion.
