Reasons Black Ops 6 Players Should Avoid Spending Prestige Tokens on Season 1 Battle Pass Weapons

In Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, players receive a limited number of Prestige Tokens, making it crucial to spend them wisely. Fortunately, the introduction of the Season 1 Battle Pass allows gamers to save these valuable tokens for unlocking essential items.

Black Ops 6 reintroduces the classic Prestige system, wherein players are reset to level 1 after reaching a new Prestige. This means all items must be unlocked again, but for every Prestige achieved, players earn a token that can unlock a permanent item of their choice.

For instance, players can opt to use a token on the AS VAL, which is normally unlocked only at Level 55. Notably, any weapon that features a Blueprint in the Battle Pass allows players to bypass the usual unlock requirements.

Below is a comprehensive list of weapons available in the Season 1 Battle Pass, alongside their respective Blueprint pages:

  • Tanto. 22 (Instant Reward)
  • ASG-89 (Page 1)
  • XMG (Page 2)
  • Baseball Bat (Page 4)
  • AK-74 (Page 4)
  • Goblin MK2 (Page 5)
  • Grekova (Page 6)
  • SVD (Page 8)
  • PP919 (Page 9)
  • Model L (Page 10)
  • GPR91 (Page 11)
  • AEK-973 (Page 13)
  • LW3A1 Frostline (Page 13)

Among these weapons, the Model L stands out as a premier assault rifle, boasting a consistent four-shot kill range well beyond 25 meters with minimal recoil. This performance makes it a favorite among players.

The Grekova is heralded as the best sidearm in Multiplayer, featuring an exceptionally fast fire rate without the accuracy shortcomings typical of fully automatic pistols in earlier titles.

Although the Tanto. 22 has a slower firing rate compared to other SMGs, its damage output, effective range, and recoil control make it a formidable choice. Likewise, the SVD defies its predecessors’ reputation; while sniping has been diminished in BO6, the SVD remains competitive due to its quick aim-down-sights (ADS) time, large ammunition capacity, and lethal one-shot kill potential.

While these weapons would typically require a Prestige Token to unlock, players can now access them easily through the Battle Pass, simplifying their acquisition and enhancing gameplay flexibility.
