During the evening of April 27th, viewers watched as Yoon Eun-sung (Park Sung-hoon) attempted to stop the reunion of Baek Hyun-woo (Kim Soo-hyun) and Hong Hae-in (Kim Ji-won) in the 15th episode of tvN’s Saturday-Sunday drama “Queen of Tears.”
Despite successfully returning home from her surgery in Germany, Hong Hae-in was met with a family dynamic that had been heavily influenced by Yoon Eun-sung’s manipulation. The news of her divorce from Baek Hyun-woo and the reported tension between her and her family only fueled her distrust towards both Yoon and her own family.
In the case of Baek Hyun-woo, he was fortunate to receive active help from Hong Beom-ja (Kim Jung-nan) and Kim Yang-ki (Moon Tae-yu), which led to his successful release from the detention center. Soon after, Hae-in received an invitation to the aquarium where she had been proposed to. To her surprise, Baek was also waiting there as he had received the same invitation. In reaction, Hong confronted Yoon in search of answers for her doubts. By coincidence, she stumbled upon a hidden camera that she had previously placed in Hong Man-dae’s (Kim Gap-soo) office. She also retrieved her notebook, which Yoon had attempted to destroy. After discovering the truth written in the notebook, Hong quickly went to Baek Hyun-woo for help. However, Yoon Eun-sung, who had tracked her using a GPS on her vehicle, pursued and abducted her before hitting Hyun-woo with his car.
