Seulgi issued an apology via her official Instagram account regarding an incident involving her manager at the Incheon International Airport, as reported in recent news.

According to various online sources, Seulgi initially wore high heels but eventually exchanged shoes with her manager at the Kaohsiung International Airport. The celebrity received criticism when netizens alleged that she had caused discomfort for her staff member.

“I apologize to my manager for the incident at the airport and also for causing disappointment to many. During that time, my feet developed blisters due to practicing, and since the heels I wore weren’t that high, I thought that it’d be okay if I didn’t prepare sneakers.”

“However, as I continued walking (with the heels), new wounds formed, and when I arrived in Kaohsiung, my manager noticed that it would be difficult for me to perform, which led to the suggestion to swap footwear.”

Seulgi stated:

“I apologize to those who were disappointed by my actions, as I couldn’t think of any other way to solve the problem and that I have made the wrong choice. I’m sorry to my manager, who may have been upset.”

“I have personally apologized to my manager and I will do my best to be more careful in the future.”
