Recap of Tower of God Season 2 Episode 16
Episode 16, titled “I’m 25th Bam,”resumed the action as Viole intervened when Anaak and Ran’s fighting escalated. Following this, Viole rescued Novick only to find out that a skirmish had unfolded in their hideout, where Shibisu and Vespa had cornered Yuto, one of Viole’s teammates.
Meanwhile, Khun cautioned Wangnan against mentioning Prince and Miseng, noting the formidable strength of their adversary, Verdi. Back with Viole, he hurried to help Yuto who was on the verge of being struck by Vespa’s needle. After successfully defending Yuto, Viole masked himself for a fight, but a strange ring that leached his Shinsu energy was attached to him.
Viole faced off against a massive Regular while Vespa relentlessly targeted him with the needle. In the end, deprived of Shinsu, Viole found himself cornered just as Yuto stepped in to shield him, taking the hit instead. Infuriated by the situation, Viole unlocked new powers that enabled him to defeat the giant Regular and overpower Vespa.
The episode concluded with Viole striking an agreement with Shibisu’s team as they entered the Workshop battle. Although Shibisu was unable to seize Viole, he directed his teammates to regroup, including Verdi, who took Prince and Miseng along into the Workshop battle. As a result, Khun’s team joined the conflict as well.
