However, due to the simulrelease schedule of the anime, viewers in most countries will be able to watch the episode on Saturday, August 17.

In Japan, viewers can tune in to watch the release of episode 8 of My Wife Has No Emotion on Tuesday, August 20, 2024. This installment will be titled ‘Looks like my wife has a will of her own.’

In episode 7 of My Wife Has No Emotion, titled ‘An Appliance Became My Child,’ Mina bought a robot to watch over Takuma in her absence. However, as her return approached, the robot began to exhibit unusual behavior, unlike Mina’s. Upon Mina’s return, Takuma asked Senju to inspect the robot. It seemed to have picked up traits from both Mina and Takuma, creating its own unique personality.

Upon Senju’s suggestion to format the robot, Takuma rejected the idea as he had a desire to raise it as his own son with Mina. Eventually, they named the robot Mamoru and in the anime episode, Mina disclosed some of her upgrades to Takuma, one of which included the ability to adjust her height.

In episode 8 of My Wife Has No Emotion, titled ‘Looks like my wife has a will of her own,’ Mina and Takuma could be seen teaching Mamoru how to perform tasks that are typically expected from a robot like him. However, as Mina grew more accustomed to spending time alone with Takuma, she may have begun to feel envious of the attention Mamoru was receiving and may have attempted to distance herself from him.
