Hired Blade

Hired Blade is able to utilize Flash to surprise opponents and quickly enter the field, effectively blocking any potential openings that would have otherwise been left unguarded.

Ways to Combat Embarrassment and Shame

The characters in Assassin’s Creed are known for being deadly, so it’s appropriate that this set includes many reprint cards that can be used for removal. This 1WB Orzhov option may be more expensive compared to other budget removal cards, but its versatility compensates for the cost.

This card made its debut in Thunder Junction’s The Big Score and was later confirmed to be featured in Universes Beyond: Assassin’s Creed, as Ezio is known to use the phrase after eliminating each key target.

In addition to being incredibly relevant in many series, Rest in Peace is also an exceptional form of graveyard disruption. By removing your opponent’s best option from the field, it effectively prevents them from being able to utilize any graveyard recursion.

Royal Assassin

With its ability to remove creatures from the battlefield, Royal Assassin is an invaluable Creature that forces opponents to reconsider attacking with their most powerful and valuable creatures.

By simply tapping this card, any other tapped Creature can be destroyed, making Royal Assassin a powerful deterrent that can prevent other players from dominating the game.

Sword of Feast and Famine

Sword of Feast and Famine, which is part of the MTG’s Mirran swords cycle, is one of the more expensive reprints in UNiverses Beyond: Assassin’s Creed.

Sword of Light and Shadow

The Sword of Light and Shadow, which is also part of the Mirran swords series in MTG, is a contender for reprint value that rivals Black Market Connections.

MTG players highly prize these swords for their excellent performance in a variety of decks. With both lifegain and recursion abilities, this sword is a must-have, leading players to eagerly open Assassin’s Creed Beyond Boosters in search of it.

Temporal Trespass

Blue mana offers a variety of choices for gaining extra turns in MTG, and with proper preparation, Temporal Trespass can be one of the most cost-effective options.
