Resolving the Diablo 4 Language Change Issue on Steam
Should you find that adjusting the in-game language in Diablo 4 on Steam has become impossible, employing a launch command is a temporary workaround.
- Open your Steam library, then right-click on Diablo IV.
- Choose Properties.
- In the General tab, look for Launch Options and enter -locale followed by one of the language codes listed below:
