1. Hidden Between the Waves Quest Guide
Chapter 1, Act 8: Hidden Between the Waves is a crucial mission within Wuthering Waves that pushes the main storyline forward. This quest involves restoring Anchors at three key locations: Haven of Sprouts, Eye of Asteria, and TD Observatory. At each location, you must defeat abnormal Tacet Discords and cleanse the corrupted data to restore harmony.
Below is a comprehensive guide to completing Chapter 1, Act 8, Hidden Between the Waves quest in Wuthering Waves.
1. Starting The Quest
- Begin by navigating through the cave to find an exit and then make your way to the Black Shores headquarters to locate a data-upload robot.
- Activate the beacon and consult with Aalto if necessary. Locate Monica and connect with other characters at the beacon. Optionally, you can speak with Aalto again.
- Head to the highest point of the Greenhouse, enter, and examine the piano. Afterwards, proceed to the Haven of Sprouts.
2. Restoring the Anchor at the Haven of Sprouts
At the Haven of Sprouts, restore the Anchor by executing the following actions:
- Speak with KU-Key.
- Stop the spread of corrupted data.
- Clear corrupted data along your route.
- Consult the Tethys Terminal KU-Key to regain clearance.
3. Restoring the Anchor at the Eye of Asteria
Next, proceed to the Eye of Asteria to restore its Anchor:
- Engage with the Tethys Terminal KU-Key.
- Climb to the top of the anchor location.
- Defeat the abnormal Silent Discords.
- Clear the corrupted core.
4. Restoring the Anchor at the TD Observatory
Continue towards the TD Observatory, and then to the Data Hub, while defeating the abnormal Tacet Discords. Find the observatory keeper to restore the TD Observatory’s Anchor:
- Make your way to the anchor.
- Defeat the abnormal Silent Discords.
- Obtain clearance with the Tethys Terminal KU-Key.
- Ascend to the top of the anchor.
- Defeat the abnormal Tacet Discords again.
- Cleanse the corrupted core.
- Wrap up the quest by speaking with Aalto.
