On Monday, July 1, 2024, the eleventh chapter of Negai no Astro, titled “Torazo Yotsurugi,”was released in Japan. This chapter follows the Hibaru Faction and Torazo as they encounter Shio’s underlings, who have been instructed to destroy Astro links on his behalf. This is due to Shio’s fear of being challenged and his desire to maintain his position at the top.
In the previous chapter, readers witnessed a friendly cooking competition between Hibaru and Terasu. During the event, Torazo unexpectedly appeared and revealed the next destination for the Hibaru Faction’s journey.

Chapter Highlights
In chapter 11 of Negai no Astro, Torazo and his group, known as the Hibaru Faction, embark on a trip to Roppongi to meet Shio. Hibaru is assigned the duty of keeping watch and is instructed to sit atop Torazo’s jeep. However, he falls asleep and accidentally tumbles off the vehicle.
When he awakens, he encounters a young girl named Nono. She gives him a three-leaf clover, which she then transforms into a four-leaf clover using her Astro. Nono gained this ability after praying for her mother’s well-being while she was in the hospital.
Right before she was supposed to see her mother at the hospital, her Astro link, a bookmark, was suddenly severed in half. This was the work of Senei Kariyazaki, an Astro Hunter who was under the command of Shio. His objective was to eliminate any Astros that showed signs of great power. His unique ability involved the extension of a sharp blade from his fingertip.
Senei confronts Hibaru and holds a blade to his neck, demanding his Astro link. However, before he can obtain it, Torazo and the rest of the group arrive, causing Senei to quickly escape.
In Negai no Astro chapter 11, they come across him once more, accompanied by the rest of Shio’s Hawk Faction. They had set up a checkpoint to facilitate the Astro hunt, and everyone, except Terasu, is ready to confront them directly.
Torazo confidently emerges from the car and strides towards the Hawk Faction. As Senei attempts to strike him with his blade, it instantly shatters upon contact. This is a testament to Torazo’s resilient exterior, rendering an Astro unnecessary.
Negai no Astro: Chapter 11 Review
In chapter 11 of Negai no Astro, Torazo’s personality is further delved into, providing a more in-depth understanding of his character. While the previous chapter showed him as a friendly brother, this instalment showcases a more assertive side of him, willing to fight for what is just without hesitation. It will be exciting to witness the confrontation between Torazo and the Hibaru Faction, who are seen as a major threat by the numerous members of the Hawk Faction and are preparing to launch an attack.
Negai no Astro Volume 2 Recap
In the preceding chapter, Kinpa shared with the Hibaru Faction that Ginji had depleted all of his energy using his Astro to assist others, resulting in a frail and skeletal appearance. In order to aid him, Hibaru and Terasu proposed a cooking competition. The teams were comprised of Hibaru and Kinpa versus Terasu and Kuran. However, Hibaru soon gave up, leaving Kinpa to handle all of the cooking duties.
At the conclusion of the event, a significant quantity of food was readied, and residents residing at the Yotsurugi Headquarters were welcomed to partake in the grand feast. In the midst of the festivities, Torazo, the third Yotsurugi sibling, announced Hibaru as the victor of the cooking competition, deeming Terasu’s dishes to be excessively intricate.
Torazo extended his appreciation to Hibaru for defending the headquarters against Shio’s attack. He promised to take action against Shio, who had been sabotaging the connections of fellow Astro users in order to maintain his dominance. Inspired by Torazo’s determination, Hibaru agreed to join forces with him in this cause.
