During the episode, host Yoo Jae-suk noted, “Not only Rosé but other BLACKPINK members are also engaging in various solo activities.” He then inquired whether Rosé missed her bandmates. She responded, “I miss them a lot,” expressing her nostalgia for the day their latest song was released. “I remember the day clearly. I felt so nervous as soon as I woke up and received countless calls from friends, wondering if they were as eager for the song as I was,” she reminisced.

A Special Call with Lisa

Recalling that pivotal day, Rosé shared, “Lisa called, and we ended up video chatting for over an hour. It might have been closer to two! I turned on the call while cooking instant noodles. Wasn’t Lisa in New York at the time? I joked with her that despite the many calls I received, I was only chatting with her. After this, I had to get back to work.”

She added that while she could have video called Jisoo as well, they opted for text messages. “Jennie recently sent me a video of her with ‘Apt.’ playing in the background. We keep in touch often,” Rosé continued, expressing how much she cherishes their interactions despite their busy schedules. “We’re all wrapped up in our projects, but I truly miss them,” she remarked poignantly.

Future Plans and Aspirations

In an interview segment with the production team, Rosé looked ahead with optimism: “I believe we will have opportunities to display our synergy, like an overseas concert tour next year. As musicians, we thrive by drawing energy from different experiences. We instinctively know when to collaborate effectively. I genuinely believe we can create something even better with our heartfelt dedication and bring fascinating projects to life,” raising anticipation for BLACKPINK’s future group activities.

As the conversation shifted, Yoo Jae-suk expressed curiosity about the small joys in Rosé’s life. To this, she hesitated, explaining, “This is actually a tough question. I genuinely enjoy my work. Even when I find myself lacking inspiration or energy, I regain my motivation through steady work. This realization dawned on me recently.”

Reflections on Family and Responsibility

As Rosé continued, her emotions surfaced as she admitted, “I don’t have high expectations for rest; I actually don’t like resting. I feel there’s still much left for me to accomplish, and I have a strong sense of responsibility. Consequently, I haven’t communicated with my family as much as I used to when I was younger. I tend to conceal my feelings.”

She concluded with a heartfelt confession about her family, stating, “I need to grant myself personal space. I believe my family will patiently wait for me to reconnect as time progresses. That’s why I’m so dedicated to working hard and enjoying my freedom. I occasionally wonder if I’ll regret not spending enough time with my parents due to my busy lifestyle. As I grow, I’m still pursuing my freedom, so I hope they can wait a little longer. I want to express my gratitude and love for Mom and Dad so much.”
