Players of Arc Raiders have recently uncovered a new glitch that allows for item duplication, leading to astonishing accumulations of rubber ducks and potentially vast in-game wealth.

Since its official release in late 2025, Arc Raiders has garnered substantial acclaim. However, its journey has not been without challenges, as the gaming community occasionally grapples with cheaters and various bugs. A notable exploit involved the duplication of pivotal items such as weapons and ammunition, which was addressed in the January 20 update.

The Return of the Duplication Glitch

Recently, a wave of posts has surfaced online, showcasing players with inventories overflowing with identical high-value items. For instance, a striking image shared on Reddit reveals a player boasting an impressive collection of 17 Tempest Blueprints, a highly coveted rarity.

Although these Blueprints can only be redeemed once by players, they carry a sale value of 5, 000 Coins, prompting speculation that they are being duplicated either for personal profit or shared among friends.

Interestingly, the duplication glitch seems to extend beyond just Blueprints. The Arc Raiders community has long admired the whimsical rubber ducks, leading developers to remove the previous 600-duck limit. The recent Bird City event has elevated these ducks from mere collectibles to valuable assets.

In the specific conditions of the Buried City map, players can collect numerous multi-colored ducks, with the rarest variant—the Familiar Duck—valued at an impressive 7, 000 Coins. Players are reportedly exploiting the glitch to amass large quantities of these ducks. One notable example comes from a user named ‘TheRooster’ on X (formerly Twitter), who shared a screenshot of their inventory showcasing an astounding 417 ducks, which could collectively sell for nearly 3 million Coins.

As for the mechanics of this newfound exploit, the specifics remain somewhat elusive. Players have proposed various theories regarding its execution. Some suspect the duplication may occur through a connection involving a phone’s hotspot, reminiscent of previous methods before the patch. Others theorize that toggling between lobbies may confuse the game into recognizing duplicate items.

Given the substantial financial benefits players can derive from this glitch, it’s likely we may see a prompt fix implemented in upcoming updates. Keep an eye on future patches for any official responses from the developers.
