NICKMERCS has criticized young content creators N3on and Jack Doherty for their “purposefully provocative”streams and “horrible”content.
During an appearance on Bussin’ With the Boys, NICKMERCS called out both N3on and Jack Doherty for their provocative content. He highlighted how, after instigating confrontations, these creators have their bodyguards step in to manage any potential altercations that occur.
Hosts Will Compton and Taylor Lewan discussed the state of streaming content and specifically stated they struggle to understand the appeal of “follow me around”content.
When NICKMERCS asked them to elaborate, they mentioned N3on as an example, prompting NICK to share his negative views about the content on N3on’s streams.
“I hate the kid. He goes around with bodyguards and is purposefully provocative and then when it’s ready to happen, the bodyguards come in and save the day,” he stated.
NICK also criticized Jack Doherty, declaring him “one of the worst” offenders and stated that “him and N3on are horrible.” He highlighted this as part of a new “era of content creation”focusing on producing videos for “clicks and clips”by being provocative and disrespectful to individuals who “don’t even deserve it.”
NICK additionally suggested that Jack Doherty’s father should “smack him in the head” for his behavior on streams. However, he acknowledged that stepping away from this controversial behavior can be challenging when “success is so prevalent.”
“It’s a new age and it’s becoming pretty popular, and these kids have got to be careful,” he stressed.

Despite recognizing that both Doherty and N3on are young, NICKMERCS stated that their age did not excuse their actions on stream.
“If you’re now in a position, you are obligated to act a certain way. That’s it, I don’t care if you’re young,” he remarked.
Jack Doherty, only 20 years old, has gained significant popularity, with nearly 15 million YouTube subscribers.
In June 2024, N3on and Doherty faced bans on Kick after an altercation during a stream. Their rivalry escalated to the point where they expressed interest in settling their differences in an official fight.
As of now, neither N3on nor Doherty has responded to NICKMERCS’ criticisms, but updates will be provided if they do.
